- Payment for a particular trip will not be adjusted against any future trips.
- In case of suspicious transactions where the antecedents of the customer are in doubt GIO has the right to refuse such a transaction and cancel the trip / package. It is the duty of the customer to provide all the correct information with regards to payment.
- GIO has the rights to decline any trip booking that has been made at its discretion without offering any explanation to the customer.
- Customers agree that the payment being made on www.gio.in is facilitated through other parties for which they will be directed to the relevant payment site. GIO is not in control of these websites and thus GIO’s privacy policy, Terms and conditions etc are not applicable to these websites.
