Trekking in the Himalayas remains the closest that one can get to a nomadic existence in the great outdoors, where the journey and destination each have their own merit. The journey is really about you and the destination a reward to that you who have made this effort to get to where you want to go. Needless to say that along the way you will find many sights that will be relived and enjoyed by you for a lifetime. The Indian Himalayas have some of the most revered trails for the avid trekker – be it the professional or the first time enthusiast. There are treks that range from the easy going trails (day hikes, weekend treks, etc.) to the harder 5-10 day formats where one gets to go deeper into the Himalayas and enjoy the same for what they are well known for.
On our treks we provide a convenience and a concept that can be offered by few which is to base yourself for a majority of the trip in one of our deluxe camps/lodges (Himalayan Eco Lodges & Camps,) and do the scenic trails alongside the same. With this format, one gets to enjoy the sport but at the same time has a warm and cosy place to come back to at the end of the day. While every effort is made to give you your night stay in one of the camps/lodges, in some cases we also have comfortable alpine camping that is done in some of the treks at remote places that fall along the route which is required for completion of the trek. Even on these alpine camping stays, we use some of the best equipment available including 3/4 season Mountain Hardwear or Lafuma tents, warm sleeping bags, experienced mountain guides, kitchen team, etc. In addition to the comfort factor on this kind of a trip, there is a sizeable saving in terms of the cost due to reduction in porterage costs, logistical costs, etc. the benefit of which is passed on to you. This format also ensures that trekking as a sport is viable commercially for small groups and it is not always that you need to form a large group to get the benefits of a large group pricing.

Trek to Nagtibba
This is undoubtedly the best short trip for any family looking at an outdoor holiday. Unique thing about the trek is the easy accessibility of the start & finish point. Even though the trek is easily accessible it does not compromise on the quality of outdoors at any point. This is a total wilderness trip with sparse habitation and rich flora all around
